This June, Gallery Lane Cove + Creative Studios proudly presents the inaugural Winter Salon, an exhibition featuring artists working across a diverse range of media and at all stages of their careers.

The Winter Salon was born from a simple idea: that great art deserves a wall to live on. Each year, the gallery meets talented artists whose work would make a beautiful contribution to the program but who aren't seeking a full solo or group show of their own. The Winter Salon offers something in between that brings many voices together under one roof.

A salon in the truest sense, a gathering of diverse voices, curated for a cohesive show, the exhibition brings together painting, sculpture, photography, textile, print and beyond into one richly layered presentation. It is also an exhibition designed for visitors who love to discover, with surprising juxtapositions, fresh names alongside familiar ones and the kind of variety that rewards a slow, considered visit.
