Terms and Conditions:

• All adult students, Hirers, Artists in Residence, staff and Teachers who joined us over 2025 have the opportunity to join our Shaping Hands Exhibition to exhibit works that they have created over the course of the class/year in the gallery.

• Minimum requirements for paper works ie mounted/framed etc. - all works must be exhibition ready, we will accept unframed works on paper, please note the participant must provide magnets or be happy to have the work pinned to the wall, or have gummed linen hinging tape fixed to the 4 corners. All canvases and framed works and sculptural works ( to be suspended) must have D rings attached to be ready to hang. All other ceramic pieces will be displayed on plinths.

• Size limit - No works to be larger than 130cm x 130cm .Students can submit up to 2 works and teachers up to 3 works. Please note we reserve the right to only hang 1 work for students and 2 works for teachers depending on available space.

• Submissions close November 28th 2025 

• Please provide a price for your artwork if you would like it to be for sale. Please note the gallery takes 30% commission. All artwork prices need to be signed off at artwork drop off to ensure the artists are aware of the artists fee after the commission and GST have been accounted for. Its not required to have your artwork available for purchase.

• In the event of a sale you will be required to invoice GLC+CS for any sold works to receive the artists fee. If you are not registered for GST you will need to include a statement by supplier. • Artwork delivery dates- Monday 8th December - Saturday December 13

• Exhibition dates 7-17 January 2025

• Finissage event for all participants and friends Friday 16th January

• Collection of all artworks ( unsold ) will be from 20th January - 24th January ( 10-4.30pm) and 27th- 30th January (10-4.30pm) If you require to collect your artwork outside of these dates please contact the gallery to pre arrange.

• Please note the curators reserve the right not to display works that could be deemed unsafe, or may cause offence or may breach another person's copyright and moral right or IP.

• Gallery Lane Cove may use images of your artwork for promotion or marketing material.
