Open to Change

Cost $25 per person

Anne Buckingham

Join this mindful and fun workshop to make art around how we can embrace change when it comes our way. We will be finding your preferred way of creating, with colour, pens, pencils or collage.

This is the perfect workshop for people new to art making as well as those with experience. Based on the principles of art therapy, no experience is needed to take part and there is no pressure to ‘get it right’.

Anne is keen that anyone can take part so the workshop is designed using materials you probably already have.

Make a cup of tea, get yourself comfortable and come and experience being ‘open to change'.

Disclaimer: this is not an art therapy session. If you are currently seeing a mental health professional you should continue to do so. If you have concerns about your mental health you should speak to your GP.

What you need:
4 -5 pieces of white paper - A4 photocopy paper is fine.

Coloured paper (if you don’t have any you can colour some during the workshop)
A pencil

A pen
Something to colour with e.g. coloured pencils, crayons, textas. (If all you have is a blue and black pen, we can make do with that!)
Scissors
A glue stick

A ruler

A magazine or 2 to cut up.
